Email hello@bookish-club.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.

Send it back
We’ll reply with return instructions. Pack the bookmark safely, ideally in its original box.

Refunded
Once it reaches us, we’ll refund you to your original payment method.
Your 30 days
You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in the condition you received them, and in their original packaging where possible.
Faulty or damaged?
If your bookmark arrives damaged or isn’t working as it should, contact us straight away. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Want a different edition? Let us know when you write to us and we’ll help you swap.
Premium subscriptions
Bookish Premium can be cancelled at any time from within the app. Your free scenes and bookshelf keep working either way.
