Do I need the bookmark to use Bookish?
No. You can browse, play and cast scenes directly from the app. The bookmark adds one-tap control while you read.
Does the bookmark need charging?
No. It uses passive NFC and contains no battery, there's nothing to charge, ever.

Does my phone need to stay nearby?
Your phone needs to be reachable when you tap, it's what carries the signal to your TV or speaker. It can stay in your pocket or on the arm of your chair; it doesn't need to touch the bookmark.
What happens when I tap it?
The first tap opens Bookish and starts the first scene in your chosen pack. Every tap after that moves you on to the next scene, so you can keep switching without picking up your phone.
Will it damage my book?
No. It's slim, 3mm, with rounded, hand-finished edges designed to sit safely between pages.
What does Bookish Premium include?
